Can't be called
You can't receive incoming calls; however, you can make outgoing calls. Please verify that Call Forwarding isn't activated. Use *73 to deactivate Call Forwarding.


Can't call out
You can't place outgoing calls; however, you can receive incoming calls.


No dial tone
You currently have no dial tone and cannot receive or make calls.


Noise/static on line/hear others on line
Your phone is working; however, you are hearing static or there is an intermittent loss of sound on your line.


Single Problem on Line


Jack(s) not working
Phones aren't getting a signal at one or more of your jacks. You receive a dial tone through at least one of your jacks. If all jacks are not working, please select the No dial tone trouble type.


Low telephone wire
You have a low telephone line in your yard that may or may not be a hazard.


Phone Features

You are having a problem with one or more of your phone features. Phone features include such products and services as Caller ID, Call Waiting and 3-Way Calling.
